Taiwan-Japan Elevator wins bid for 134 elevator procurement project

Under the severe epidemic situation, with the approval of relevant departments, Tairi Elevator has fully resumed production and operation. At the same time, relying on its strong comprehensive brand strength, it has stood out from many competitors and successfully won the bid for the procurement project of 134 elevators for the Minwang Mall in the whole village renovation project of the Three Gorges immigrant village in Zhaoqing High-tech Zone.
Jixiang Village and Xingfu Village, under the Chengbei Community of Zhaoqing High-tech Zone, are resettlement points for Three Gorges reservoir area immigrants, with a total of 283 households and about 1,000 people. To further improve the living conditions of immigrant residents, Zhaoqing High-tech Zone will rebuild the Three Gorges immigrant village on a newly planned 100-mu land next to the village, using an immigrant joint construction model. According to reports, the total investment in this project is about 511 million yuan. The main construction content is divided into three parts: Minwang Mall, Minwang Building, and public infrastructure facilities. Minwang Building is designed to be about 30 stories high, and is divided into commercial and residential areas; public infrastructure facilities include municipal roads, outdoor power supply, fire protection, drainage, outdoor fiber optics and natural gas, landscaping, etc.
Under the impact of the epidemic, Tairi Elevator's strength and self-reliance have been demonstrated, providing the Minwang community with efficient and energy-saving, stable and safe elevator equipment.
