Minor problems are resolved within 1-2 hours, and major problems are resolved within 24 hours. We have detailed regulations for regular maintenance, monthly maintenance, quarterly maintenance, annual maintenance, and corresponding maintenance services, ensuring that the elevator is always in good operating condition.
After-sales Service
Within one year after the installation and commissioning of our products are completed and delivered to customers, TAIZOOM elevators are responsible for providing free replacement and maintenance services for parts under normal use. Service content includes regular inspections, adjustments and equipment lubrication, technical services and assistance for emergency failures and unexpected events. Monthly, quarterly, and annual equipment maintenance work according to specifications. After the warranty period expires, the company promises to continue to provide customers with discounted parts, and according to market prices, the local TAIZOOM maintenance agency will sign a maintenance agreement with the customer, providing high-quality services. At the same time, TAIZOOM promises to provide lifelong free technical consultation services for TAIZOOM products.

Products within the warranty period
Provide free maintenance, emergency repairs, and assistance with annual inspections as agreed in the sales contract;

Provide free technical consultation services and high-quality, low-priced maintenance, emergency repairs, overhauls, and modifications;
Preventive Maintenance
Through regular maintenance at half-monthly, monthly, and annual intervals, potential problems are identified and addressed in advance;
Emergency Repair Service
When an elevator malfunction or other elevator-related emergency occurs, service personnel immediately rush to the scene to quickly resolve the problem. Each service outlet is equipped with necessary service transportation, communication, and repair tools to ensure that service personnel arrive within half an hour in the city; within 1 hour in the suburbs; and repair time does not exceed 1 hour.
