2000 was a particularly memorable year, the first year of rapid development of elevators in China.
In 2000, welfare housing was abolished, marking the first year of commercial housing development in China. With the large-scale development of commercial housing in China, China's elevators also entered a period of rapid development. Taiwan Quanyun Elevator Co., Ltd. seized the opportunity to enter the mainland market, cooperating with the team led by Zheng Xiaoquan, general manager of the elevator company under the Foshan Labor Bureau of Guangdong Province. They purchased 105 acres of industrial land in Luocun, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province to build a factory, and Tairi Elevator officially entered the Chinese mainland market.
In this year, we devoted ourselves to this industry with our love and passion for elevators, an industry that brings convenience to people's lives and travel, promotes the development of modern cities to be higher, faster, and more fashionable, and for which we continue to strive.
After more than 30 years of development in the Chinese mainland market, Tairi Elevator has grown into an elevator company with considerable scale and market share. The outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020 brought new challenges to all industries. As an influential company in the industry, General Manager Zheng Xiaoquan continued to lead the Tairi Elevator team to meet the challenges by adapting to changes, continuously launching new products suitable for the COVID-19 epidemic: contactless elevator calls and floor selection, COVID-19 virus killing, etc., fulfilling the social responsibilities of the enterprise.
In 2022, in order to further enhance the production capacity and efficiency of Tairi Elevator, Tairi Elevator plans to build a dark factory in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. We look forward to the near future when a brand-new, fully automated, high-tech dark factory will stand in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
